Dogs will be allowed to stay in the cottage at an additional charge of £30.00 per dog per week.

You are very welcome to enjoy your holiday with your dogs. However, we would ask dog owners to respect the cottage and the enjoyment of other guests by restricting dogs to the public rooms, keeping them off the furniture, ensuring the cottage is free from pet hair on departure, and cleaning any fouling in the garden.

A pre-agreed credit card will have to be supplied OR a Deposit Cheque of £50.00 to cover additional cleaning if dogs are found to have been on the furniture or in the bedrooms.

1. The Dog Owner provides bedding for the dog(s).

2. The Dog Owner does not leave their dog(s) unattended in the cottage.

3. Dogs must be kept under control when in the garden and all dog waste must be cleaned up prior to departure.  Poop Scoop Bags are provided.

4. The  Dog Owner ensures that the dog(s) DO NOT enter the bedrooms or sit on any of the upholstered furniture.

5. If the furniture or bedrooms in the cottage are found to require a deep clean after departure due to shedding of hair or strong animal smell, the owners of Ardvar Cottage, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to charge the Occupier the pre-agreed £50.00 fee for any extra or undue cleaning that may be necessary or for the replacement value of any items found to be damaged by the dog(s).
