The location of this traditional stone-built cottage is excellent, set in the centre of Lochinver village, yet secluded and alongside the mouth of the River Inver with access to the river.
Within a few minutes’ walk you are at the local amenities, newsagent, shops, restaurants/bar, Post Office, village hall, Tourist Information Centre, Royal Bank of Scotland, Leisure Centre and local walks, fishing and spectacular scenery.

Leave Inverness via the Kessock Bridge and follow the signs to Ullapool (A835)
From Ullapool follow signs for north (A835) until Ledmore Junction
At the junction turn Left (West) and, when the road forks at Skiag Bridge, continue Left to Lochinver (A837)
Another eleven miles brings you to the village of Lochinver
