Location.

The location of the traditional stone-built cottage is excellent in the centre of Lochinver village yet secluded and along side the mouth of the River Inver where salmon run and otters feed.  A large garden laid to neatly cut lawn with flowerbeds.  Excellent views from the garden out to sea. It is an idyllic spot for peace and convenience.  Right next door is Lochinver Larder’s Riverside Bistro

(famous for it’s Pies) where you can be served with delicious Scottish food.

 

The cottage has been refurbished for comfort with all modern conveniences. A very large lounge with open coal/log fire and dining area, with two sliding patio doors leading onto the garden and to the riverside terrace with teak table and chairs.  Fittings include large  36inch wide screen TV, Sky, DVD, VCR, and a large selection of DVD’S and tapes. CD/Radio Stereo, Play Station 2 with two controllers.

A very well equipped kitchen with breakfast table. Highland Stoneware and Denby. Dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave, refrigerator and chest freezer.

Full electric central heating (meter cards at cost).  Separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of cupboard space, also a good size drying cupboard suitable for drying out-door clothing.  The property has a payphone located in the Hall.

 

Three Bedrooms-:

Upstairs:   One double bedroom with Sleepeezee, pocket springs, 5ft Kingsize Mattress, en-suite power shower and toilet. (Hairdryer supplied).

One twin bedroom with two 3ft luxury memory foam mattresses and T.V

Downstairs: One double bedroom with 4ft 6ins luxury memory foam mattress, T.V. and Bathroom.

Private Parking:
